2. Account & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any connected wallet.

3. Payments & Credits

Credits are required to generate assets. All payments are final unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Oulta for unlawful, abusive, or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content & IP

You are responsible for the prompts and outputs you generate. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.

6. Service Availability

We provide Oulta on an "as is" basis and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oulta is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
